Jason Aldean Will Pay Tribute To Toby Keith At ACM Awards

It has been revealed that Jason Aldean will be paying tribute to Toby Keith at the ACM Awards ceremony on Thursday night. The ACM Awards Instagram page shared the news of Aldean’s scheduled tribute to Keith early Tuesday morning. The post also revealed that Aldean will be performing Keith’s 1993 hit, “Should’ve Been A Cowboy” in honor of the beloved country superstar, who passed away from stomach cancer on February 5.

This will be the second tribute to Keith in recent weeks, following the series of emotional performances at last month’s CMT Music Awards, with Brooks & Dunn, Lainey Wilson and Sammy Hagar all honoring Keith’s memory and music. The ACM Awards ceremony begins at 8 p.m. ET on May 16, and will be broadcast by Prime Video. (Taste of Country)
