Toby Keith’s Music Sees A Big Jump In Streams And Sales Over July 4th Holiday

The Fourth of July holiday provided a big bump in streams and digital song sales of Toby Keith‘s music. Songs from Keith’s back catalog amassed 10.7 million total streams and 3,600 digital song sales on Independence Day. That is a jump of 165 percent in streams and 251 percent in sales for Keith’s music. Those figures made Keith one of the biggest July 4th increases across all different genres, alongside patriotic standouts like Bruce Springsteen‘s “Born in the U.S.A.” and other 4th of July appropriate anthems like Katy Perry‘s “Firework” and Miley Cyrus‘ “Party in the U.S.A.” Keith’s music routinely gets an uptick in streams and sales on July 4th, with his patriotic hits “Made in America,” “American Soldier,” and “The Angry American (Courtesy of the Red White and Blue)” all proving popular around Independence Day, as they were again this year.
