Beyonce has Lainey Wilson’s full support as she prepares to release her first country album next month.

The singer told Billboard Sunday (February 18th) night, “The truth is, country music is about storytelling, and Beyonce knows how to tell a story. So I think It’s awesome. I think it’s awesome for the country music genre. Everybody wants to feel at home, and country music makes you feel at home. So Beyonce, come on home, girl!”

The pop megastar's country album, Act II is set to drop on March 29th. Two songs off the project are already out now, “Texas Hold ‘Em” and “16 Carriages.”
